Mr. Everbach founded Evergreen in June 2004, after 19 years in the commercial real estate industry.  He has held senior management positions for several commercial real estate companies throughout his career.

Mr. Everbach has concentrated on strategically positioning real estate assets to maximize value in their respective markets and has achieved success in the most challenging market conditions. He has completed over 6 million square feet of transactions representing an aggregate value over $900 million.

Prior to starting Evergreen, Mr. Everbach was Chief Operating Officer for a privately owned real estate developer/investor in Dallas from 2001 to 2004. In this capacity, Mr. Everbach provided strategic guidance, investment oversight and analysis of the company’s investments for the CEO. Mr. Everbach also directed the development of a 16-story high-rise condominium building in downtown Dallas and completed the restructuring and disposition of a 50-story office tower. He was also responsible for regulatory compliance, governmental affairs, asset management and new business development.

He served as Managing Director, Asset Services of Cushman & Wakefield for four years, beginning in 1997. Mr. Everbach inherited a division with 40 people and a portfolio of 4 million square feet, operating at a substantial loss. He restructured and grew the division to total 10 million square feet and a staff of 150. His responsibilities included asset management, leasing and property management, and construction management. The office was the most profitable Asset Services region in the company in 2000.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Everbach served as Vice President of pension fund advisor Cambridge Realty Partners from 1990-1997; Senior Leasing Representative at Trammell Crow Company in Chicago, IL from 1988-1990; and Leasing Representative at Joe Foster Company in Dallas from 1985-1988.

Mr. Everbach earned a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in 1985. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Dallas Association, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and was Chairman of their Governmental Affairs Committee.
